Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka

  • Home Delivery: BDT 100
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible addresses within Dhaka.

Outside Dhaka

  • Home Delivery: BDT 150
  • Cash on Delivery: Not Available
  • Orders outside Dhaka must be paid in advance using one of our available online payment methods.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Dhaka City

  • Express Delivery: Available in selected areas.
  • Regular Delivery: Usually within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Outside Dhaka

  • Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Store Pickup

Customers may choose Store Pickup from our physical store in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, where available.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible delivery addresses within Dhaka City.

For COD orders:

  • Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
  • Orders may require telephone confirmation before dispatch.
  • Customers are expected to be available to receive the order.
  • Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Orders delivered outside Dhaka require advance payment before shipment.

Tracking information may be provided after dispatch where supported by the selected courier partner.
